Coca-Cola Co said it will reorganize its operating structure around three major businesses, starting Jan. 1, in an effort to better address the changing demands of its marketplace. The world's largest beverage company has seen its results challenged by Americans reducing their soft-drink consumption and pockets of economic uncertainty, such as Europe and China. The company said its new structure will be composed of Coca-Cola International, Coca-Cola Americas and Bottling Investments Group. [The Wall Street Journal]
