Result of AGM

Coburg is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As a result of resolutions 6 and 7 being passed, shareholders have approved the extension of the redemption dates of the £185,000 in nominal amount of convertible unsecured loan notes 2014 and the £90,000 in nominal amount of convertible unsecured loan notes 2015 now in issue to 15 October 2016.
