Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report

The Company is today sending its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2014 ("Annual Report") together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting is convened to be held at Fitzwilton House, Wilton Place, Dublin 2 Ireland, on Monday, 20 October 2014 at 4.00pm.
