Regal, the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production group (symbol: RPT), is pleased to announce that Sergii Glazunov, who is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Finance Director.  The appointment is a part-time role and is effective from 1 November 2014.
