Directors' Dealings 

Prime People plc (AIM:PRP) (the "Company") was informed that Robert Macdonald, Chairman, transferred 1,100,000 ordinary Shares to his spouse for nil consideration on 18 November 2014. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares and Mr. Macdonald's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 2,780,000 ordinary Shares which represents approximately 22.85% of the Company's current issued share capital.

The Company was further informed that on 18 November 2014, Peter Moore, Managing Director, transferred 900,000 ordinary Shares to his spouse for nil consideration. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares and Mr. Moore's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 2,897,500 ordinary Shares which represents approximately 24.42% of the Company's current issued share capital.
