NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS IN SHARES

OPTIONS GRANTED UNDER THE BG GROUP SHARESAVE PLAN (SHARESAVE PLAN)

The Company was today advised that, under the terms of the Sharesave Plan, Sami Iskander a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities was granted an option over 2,168 Shares at an option price of £8.30 per Share on Friday, 28 November 2014.

The Option will be exercisable between 1 February 2018 and 31 July 2018.

The Sharesave Plan is an HMRC approved plan, which enables eligible employees to acquire the Company's Shares with the proceeds of a monthly savings contract. The contract period is three years.

This announcement is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4.
