AUDITOR APPOINTMENT

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC today announces it has conducted a formal tender process for its statutory audit services and following completion of the audit of the group's accounts for the year ending 30 September 2014, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP will be appointed as Euromoney's statutory auditor, subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM on January 29 2015.

David Pritchard, Chairman of the Audit Committee, said: "We thank Deloitte LLP for their significant contribution as Euromoney's auditors since 1998 and we look forward to working with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP."
