Result of AGM

The Board of Leed, (AIM: LDP), the natural resource investment company, is pleased to announce that, at the AGM held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As referred to in the final results statement announced on 14 November 2014, the Board is in advanced negotiations in respect of a potential investment in a minerals operation in Australia, and expects to provide shareholders with an update before the year end.
