BTG plc: Completion of the acquisition of PneumRx Inc

London, UK, 8 January 2015: BTG plc (LSE: BTG), the specialist healthcare company, announced on 4 December 2014 that it had entered into an agreement to buy PneumRx Inc, a growing interventional pulmonology business, conditional on the expiration or early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act in the US.

BTG is pleased to announce that the parties received early termination of the waiting period and the acquisition completed on Wednesday 7 January 2015.
