Wolseley plc confirms that John Daly, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Britvic plc with effect from 27 January 2015.

It is also intended that John Daly will become Senior Independent Director of Britvic plc and Chairman of its Remuneration Committee on a date to be confirmed.
