Notice of Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 31 December 2014

Hargreaves Lansdown plc will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2014 on Wednesday 4 February 2015.

There will be an analyst presentation on the results at 9:00am on Wednesday 4 February 2015 at the offices of Finsbury, Tenter House, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE.  Those analysts wishing to attend are asked to register by e-mailing ir@hl.co.uk.
