Jupiter U.S. Smaller Companies PLC

The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter U.S. Smaller Companies PLC as at 28 January 2015 was £ 168.647 million.

The net asset value per Ordinary share including current year income and expenses is estimated to have been 701.70p.

The Company does not expect to generate sufficient revenue receipts in excess of revenue expenses for the net asset value per Ordinary Share including current year income and expenses to exceed the net asset value per Ordinary share excluding current year income and expenses (the 'capital' net asset value).  While the estimated capital net asset value is estimated to have been 705.67p, the above figure inclusive of current year income and expenses is considered to be the more useful estimate of the Company's current net asset value.
