At the General Meeting of the Company held at 11.00 am today, the resolution to approve the new Investing Policy for the Company was duly passed.

Update on Cultural Limestone

Further to the completion of the transaction announced on 8 January 2015, the Company has been in an active dialogue with the management of High Mannor Pty. Ltd ('HM") regarding some of the potential operational recommendations that came out of the due diligence work performed by PG Mining Management ("PGMM") on behalf of Leed.  We are pleased to announce that HM has now agreed to work with PGMM to look at how to implement these recommendations.
