TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU) a life sciences company focused on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, announces that, it was notified on 13 February 2015 that Mr James Hills, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 50,000 Common shares of US$0.001 per share (AIM: TYR) ("TyraTech shares"); at a price of 5.50 pence per TyraTech share. 

Following this transaction, James Hills' interest in the Company stands at 1,240,757 TyraTech shares representing approximately 0.47% of the Company's issued share capital.
