Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed today that, on 19 February 2015,  David Durant, Group Planning & Design Director, exercised options to acquire 33,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of  90.5 pence per share (the "Exercise").

Following the Exercise, Mr Durant has a beneficial interest in 1,294,428 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.16% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
