TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market of the following:

Albion Development VCT PLC's (the "Company")'s capital as at 27 February 2015 consists of 43,814,804 Ordinary shares and 6,413,822 D shares, both with a nominal value of 1 penny each. The Company holds 4,306,700 Ordinary shares and 25,625 D shares in Treasury.
           
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 39,508,104 in respect of Ordinary shares and 6,388,197 in respect of D shares giving total voting rights of 45,896,301. These figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
