Mothercare plc 2005 SAYE Share Option Scheme

Mothercare plc announces that Mr Christopher J Cull, a PDMR, has on 2 March 2015 exercised and retained 9,929 Mothercare plc ordinary 50p shares following the maturity of a three year SAYE contract under the Mothercare plc 2005 SAYE Share option scheme.

The SAYE options were originally granted at an option price of 115p per share which was adjusted to 90.64p per share as a result of the Rights Issue approved by shareholders on 9 October 2014.

Following the exercise, Mr Cull's total beneficial shareholding is 69,478 or 0.04% of the total voting rights.
