Aberforth Geared Income Trust plc ("AGIT")

The Net Asset Values ("NAVs") for the above company as at the close of
business on 5 March 2015 were:-

Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 204.69p

Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 207.87p

Zero Dividend Preference Share = 137.26p

The market value of investments was GBP319.6m less net liabilities (including
Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP92.0m to leave Shareholders' Funds of
GBP227.6m.
