Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons.

The Company received notification on 10 March 2015 from Ms. G. Davies, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 10 March 2015, she sold 4,350 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at £9.90 pence per share.

The sale of such shares was to utilise a Capital Gains Tax allowance for the tax year 2014/2015.

As a result, the total interest of Ms. G. Davies in the Company is 155,331 shares, representing 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
