Transaction in own shares

Kingspan Group plc announces that on 23 March 2015 it disposed of 3,000,000 of its Treasury Shares.  The Treasury Shares were transferred at a price of EUR18.15 per share.

Following the above transfer, the Company holds 1,938,257 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The Company now has 176,011,821 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares). 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the under Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
