                              Admission of shares

88 Energy Limited ("88E", "Company") wishes to advise that 23,686,883 shares in
the Company are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 25 March 2015.
These shares relate to a placing undertaken by the Company which was announced
on 13 May 2014 for which application for admission was not made.

The Company's total shares on issue of 1,139,846,023 remains unchanged.
