The Company announces that, on 24 March 2015, it received notification from Dominique Yates, Chief Financial Officer, that he purchased 43,273 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 231.0969 pence per share on 24 March 2015.

As at 25 March 2015, Mr Yates holds an interest in 785,262 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with 3.1.4(R)(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
