The Company notifies that on 25 March 2015 awards were made over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan as set out below:

No payment was required for the grant of the above awards.  They will vest for nil consideration on 25 March 2018 and no performance conditions are attached.

The above transaction took place in London.
