Aberforth Geared Income Trust plc ("AGIT")

The Net Asset Values ("NAVs") for the above company as at the close of
business on 27 March 2015 were:-

Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 203.46p

Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 207.90p

Zero Dividend Preference Share = 137.80p

The market value of investments was GBP323.9m less net liabilities (including
Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP96.2m to leave Shareholders' Funds of
GBP227.7m.
