SEGRO plc (the Company) Scrip Dividend Scheme - Scrip Calculation Price

On 25 February 2015, the Company announced that, subject to shareholder
approval at its 2015 Annual General Meeting, the Scrip Dividend Scheme will be
reintroduced. The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of 10.2 pence per
share (to be paid entirely as a Property Income Distribution) to shareholders
and the Scrip Dividend Scheme will be offered in respect of this payment.

The Scrip Calculation Price which will be used in determining the number of New
Ordinary Shares is 420.84 pence. It has been determined by the average of the
closing middle market quotations of the Company's ordinary shares as derived
from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List over the five dealing days
commencing on and including the ex-dividend date of 26 March 2015.

The application deadline for applying for the Scrip Dividend Scheme is 5.00 pm
(London time) on 14 April 2015.
