Grant of options

Moss Bros was notified yesterday that the following options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted yesterday under the Moss Bros Group 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to Brian Brick and Robin Piggott (the "LTIP Options"), both Directors of Moss Bros.

Vesting of the LTIP Options, which will be exercisable at nil consideration, is subject to the continued employment of the participant and the satisfaction of performance conditions.  Clawback provisions will apply to this award in the event of malus.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
