Top Up Offer for subscription of New Ordinary Shares of 10p each (the "Offer")

Amati VCT plc announces an allotment on 2 April 2015 of 275,598 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Offer. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Offer the offer price at which the New Ordinary Shares were allotted was 71.56p per ordinary share which was calculated by reference to the net asset value of an ordinary Share on 31 March 2015 divided by 0.99 (to allow for issue costs of 1.0 per cent).

Following the allotment, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 53,691,011 with voting rights.

Admission date of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to be on around 14 April 2015.  CREST accounts are expected to be credited within five business days of allotment and definitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched within ten business days of allotment.
