Mothercare plc announces that Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH has informed the Company of a decrease in its direct interest in ordinary shares of Mothercare plc.
Allianz Global Investors now has a direct interest in 8,443,695 Mothercare ordinary shares, equivalent to 4.95% of Mothercare's total voting rights.
