* Purchased by Tracarta Limited, in which John Wardle has a beneficial interest

Following the transaction Tracarta Limited holds 19,972,505 shares, Nick Harrison holds 5,710,152 shares and Douglas Ellenor holds 1,200,000 shares or 1.66%, 0.54% and 0.11% of the issued share capital of Amerisur respectively.
