Amerisur Resources Plc, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on South America, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders.

The Company will be holding the AGM at 09.30am on Wednesday 6^th May 2015, at The St Mellons Hotel, Castleton, Cardiff CF3 2XR.
