Press and Bulletin Board Speculation

Plutus PowerGen plc, the AIM listed power company focused on the development, construction and operation of flexible stand-by electricity generation in the UK has been informed of an article from the Plymouth Herald dated 9 January 2015 that has been posted on several bulletin boards this morning.

The site in Plymouth is for one of the Company's flexible generation facilities and is in the course of the normal planning process with Plymouth Council.  The Company currently has over 500MW of sites in consideration for placing its facilities, of which the site at Plymouth represents 20MW.

Whilst the Company cannot specifically comment on the expressed sentiment of certain parties referred to in the article, the Company believes it has positively adhered to every requirement necessary for the granting of planning permission at this site and remain content to let the planning process run its course as determined by Plymouth Council. The result of that planning process is expected in May 2015.
