Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company has been advised that, on 2^th April 2015, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company through the allocation of dividend shares at an allocation price of £4.025 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
