Block Admission

The Company wishes to announce that it has applied for 4,910,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM under a new block admission. The block admission relates to Ordinary Shares which could be issued in the future pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's employee share option scheme which vested on 2 April 2015.

It is anticipated that the admission will become effective on 20 April 2015.
