The Company is pleased to set out below details of purchases of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") made by certain directors, totalling approximately £1.1 million:

* Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 13,005,558 shares and a non-beneficial interest in 3,067,683 shares representing approximately 16.22 per cent. and 3.83 per cent. respectively of the total voting rights in the Company.
