Trading update

AVEVA Group plc ('AVEVA'; or "the Group"), one of the world's leading providers of engineering data and design software, today provides the following trading update for the financial year ended 31 March 2015, based on unaudited results.

The Board is pleased to report that the results for the financial year to 31 March 2015 are anticipated to be in line with market expectations. The Board believes that this result, which has been achieved in mixed market conditions, positively reflects the resilience of the underlying business model.

AVEVA will announce its preliminary results on Tuesday 19 May 2015.
