Blocklisting Application

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin, Zoffany, Scion and Anthology, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 800,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

On exercise these New Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 18 May 2015.
