Change of Accounting Date

London, UK, 29 April 2015 (LSE: PVG):  Premier Veterinary Group plc ("PVG" or the "Company") announces that it is changing its financial reporting year end from 31 December to 30 September. The Board has taken this decision in order to bring the Company into line with its subsidiaries following completion of the reverse takeover in February 2015.

In order to ensure that investors have access to continuous and sufficient financial information, the Company proposes to publish unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2015 on 29 May 2015, followed by an annual financial report to 30 September 2015.
