Director and PDMR Announcement

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).

Under the terms of the Lavendon Group plc 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan ("Plan"), awards granted on 11 April 2012 over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have vested and were subsequently exercised on 5 May 2015. Within these awards, and in accordance with the rules of the Plan, additional awards representing the value of dividends that would have been paid on the vested shares during the period between the date of grant and the date of vesting of the awards have been made. A summary of the awards vested and exercised is given below:

The Company has been notified that on 5 May 2015 the following Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 177 pence per share. 

Following the exercise of awards under the Plan and the subsequent sale of shares, the beneficial interests of these individuals in the share capital of the Company and their remaining interests in share incentive schemes over Ordinary Shares in the Company are detailed below:
