Result of AGM
Amerisur Resources Plc, the oil and gas explorer and developer focused on South America, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed.
Special Resolution 7 was withdrawn prior to the meeting due to a typographical error in the resolution.
An updated corporate presentation will be available on the Company's website later today.
