Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (the "Company")

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY/CONNECTED PERSON

The Company was notified on 11 May 2015 that Duncan Howorth, a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company, transferred 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to his spouse, Vanessa Howorth, for nil consideration.  Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest in Shares held by Duncan Howorth and his connected persons remains unchanged.

The above transaction took place in London.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
