Strategy update event

London Stock Exchange Group plc will today host a strategy update for its Post Trade operations, an integral part of the Group's global open access market infrastructure offering.  The event will cover the post trade landscape, LCH.Clearnet's cost and efficiency plans, an overview of clearing services, the regulatory landscape, new products and future growth initiatives.

Presentations will include the following new information:

·     Upgrading cost savings target to €100 million p.a., with €60 million p.a. already announced and delivered; additional €40 million p.a. to be achieved by exit of 2017

·     Potential revenue opportunities which the Group aims to capture across its Post Trade businesses, totalling approximately €175 to €250 million p.a., targeted to be achieved by exit 2018
