Sale of Nil Paid Rights

The Company announces that it was informed on 19 May 2015 that, on that date, Mr. Nigel Turner and his connected person, Mrs. Juliet Turner sold in aggregate 6,025 nil paid rights relating to ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (each a "Nil Paid Right") at a price of 490 pence per Nil Paid Right, with the intention of using the proceeds to take up further Nil Paid Rights pursuant to the Company's rights issue which was announced on 28 April 2015.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
