Aberforth Geared Income Trust plc (“AGIT”)
The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 1 June 2015 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 226.27p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 233.58p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 139.43p
The market value of investments was GBP356.1m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP100.3m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP255.8m.
