Holding in Company

The Company received a notification on 1 June 2015 from Polar Capital LLP, stating that, as of 29 May 2015, it has an interest in 1,961,258  ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 in the Company, which represents 6.42% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 30,545,159 ordinary shares.
