The Board of Baronsmead VCT plc announces that on 18 June 2015, 50,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 73.625p per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 7,433,751.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue following this sale is 111,686,205

and the resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 104,252,454.
