Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Origo Partners Plc ("Origo" or the "Company") has  posted its 2014 Annual Report and  Accounts to shareholders together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting.  The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 33-37 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1LB at 1:00 p.m. on 20 July 2015.
