Change of Name

Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, further to shareholder approval given on 30 June 2015 to change the name to OXACO PLC that this has now become effective at Companies House.

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM under the new name of OXACO PLC (AIM: OXA) will take effect from Wednesday 9th July 2015. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will not change.
