Notification of Transactions of a Director

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, Aberforth Geared Income Trust plc (the Company) was informed on 29 July 2015 of the following transaction undertaken by a connected person to Mr Graham Menzies, a Director of the Company:

On 29 July 2015 Mrs K.E. Cox (daughter of Mr Graham Menzies) bought 12,348 Ordinary Shares at 201.75p per share.

The total beneficial interest of Mr Graham Menzies is 97,800 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.089% of the 109,500,000 Ordinary Shares in issue.  The total non-beneficial interest of Mr Graham Menzies is 45,413 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.041% of the 109,500,000 Ordinary Shares in issue.
