Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 29^th July 2015 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 50,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £34.2447 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £34.36 per share and the lowest price received was £34.11 per share.
