 BOARD CHANGES AT HARGREAVES LANSDOWN

Hargreaves Lansdown PLC announces that Dharmash Mistry will step down as a non-executive Director at the end of August 2015.

The Company also announces that it has selected a new independent non-executive director whose appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of regulatory approval and further that Stephen Robertson will join the Remuneration Committee with effect from 18 August 2015.

Mike Evans, Chairman of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, said "Dharmash joined the Board of Hargreaves Lansdown in October 2011 and has contributed strongly to the work of the Board, particularly with regard to strategy and digital media.
